No win means no progress=FALSE!
Let me tell you why.
Over this past week it has been very little work being done. The holidays coming around and have been focusing heavily on time with the familia and the gym that is about it.
Some of you know I am doing 90 hard, so exercising everyday regardless if its at the gym or not. Stretching and a walk, or hitting a HIIT workout before my lift.
As long as I am exercising I pass for the day.
This past week though, aside from fitness I have stepped off onto a more spiritual path oddly enough.
Feelings of conviction run through my brain at random times of the day to pray, read, and worship. Sometimes I do, even randomly at a drive thru picking up panda express.
I have not felt this close to God in a long time, possibly ever in my life have I been this convicted. Even writing this right now in the gym parking lot.
Others will say “but what work have you done?”
Truthfully slim to none, but what does that matter? You can’t take it with you, and we are all gonna die one day.
There are other forms or progress
-Mental
-Physical
-Spiritual
What areas have you seen progress in you life this year? And what are you looking to push forward in 2025?
Cheers!
