Yo!!! Happy Saturday its 6am and its time for the gym!
Recently I have been doing my own challenge leading up to the new year, 90 hard consisting of a few things to keep it simple
-Hit the gym daily, even if its just stretching and walking
-Eat mostly clean, a few sweets in moderation wont hurt
-Become grounded in my faith, and talk with God daily
Aside from a few other changes in my life, this challenge has brought nothing but good into my life and helped me level up in ways I used to believe were impossible.
The biggest thing I have struggled with is consistency, unless I am truly dialed I would fall off.
However 90 hard has helped not only start to develop myself personally, but in all ways of my life!
I urge everyone in here to pursue something that challenges you and helps you grow as well!
