Sleep, who needs it?
Do I get enough sleep? I wake up at 3am Monday through Friday and between 5-6am durning the weekend. I have my reasons that are surrounded around my disciplines, routine, habits and rituals to living the life I desire. Sleep is essential for recharging our mental and physical batteries, significantly enhancing productivity. During sleep, our brains consolidate memories and process information, which boosts problem-solving skills and creativity. Quality rest improves focus, attention, and decision-making, allowing us to tackle tasks more efficiently. Physically, sleep aids recovery, muscle repair, and immune function, providing the energy needed for daily challenges. Insufficient rest can lead to burnout and decreased productivity. By prioritizing quality sleep, we invest in our overall performance and well-being, empowering us to be more productive and engaged in our work. The answer for me is yes, I get enough sleep. If you feel that you are challenged in the areas mentioned above, you may want to reconsider your sleeping patterns. Back To Alpha

Honor your past
Help me define this statement….I would much prefer spending the rest of my days expanding my human frontier and trying to make the seemingly impossible probable than live a life of comfort, security and mediocrity.

Real Coaches have a coach
My coach told me this about myself that changed everything for me. I know as a human I’ve had the tendency to believe myself without truly checking myself. To have the nerve to be impatient with myself or the results that I want… WTF… is that about🤦🏽‍♂️ He said ”You create the excuse for yourself and then make yourself the excuses. It becomes a cyclical cycle that can’t be broken. You have to have patience and not rush things. Its like a fat chick who diets for a day and then can’t understand why they didn’t loose 50 pounds. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 What 2-4 question can you ask yourself to delete any excuses for yourself?

For me …Am I taking this personal? Am I being impeccable with my word to myself? Am I assuming? Am I really giving it my best whatever situation may be
Stop, ten toes down
What does this mean? Great question. It’s simply a reminder to stop, sit and think. Often we are trapped up in the day to day life of going nowhere fast like the snickers commercial. Take three five minute breaks a day to sit with your eyes closed and focus on your breath. It seems like some yogi shit. But it’s not It’s just a proven way to rest your thoughts and your life battery! Don’t be to busy for yourself… because at the end you’re the only one who ever mattered!💯👊🏾
