Real Coaches have a coach
My coach told me this about myself that changed everything for me. I know as a human I’ve had the tendency to believe myself without truly checking myself. To have the nerve to be impatient with myself or the results that I want… WTF… is that about🤦🏽‍♂️ He said ”You create the excuse for yourself and then make yourself the excuses. It becomes a cyclical cycle that can’t be broken. You have to have patience and not rush things. Its like a fat chick who diets for a day and then can’t understand why they didn’t loose 50 pounds. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 What 2-4 question can you ask yourself to delete any excuses for yourself?

Accountability
It's Crazy how I want to help others but at times have dropped the ball. I think of the agreement that I have with myself that has allowed me to live the exact life that I am living today. I relize that if I want to become a better versoin of myself that I will have to make new agreements with myself. The most important agreement for me would be to, try my best at everything. Why that agreement? ...It gives me confidence knowing that when I close my eyes at night I'll know without doubt that I gave it my best regardless of the outcome. What agreement will you be making moving foward from reading this?
