Sleep, who needs it?
Do I get enough sleep? I wake up at 3am Monday through Friday and between 5-6am durning the weekend. I have my reasons that are surrounded around my disciplines, routine, habits and rituals to living the life I desire. Sleep is essential for recharging our mental and physical batteries, significantly enhancing productivity. During sleep, our brains consolidate memories and process information, which boosts problem-solving skills and creativity. Quality rest improves focus, attention, and decision-making, allowing us to tackle tasks more efficiently. Physically, sleep aids recovery, muscle repair, and immune function, providing the energy needed for daily challenges. Insufficient rest can lead to burnout and decreased productivity. By prioritizing quality sleep, we invest in our overall performance and well-being, empowering us to be more productive and engaged in our work. The answer for me is yes, I get enough sleep. If you feel that you are challenged in the areas mentioned above, you may want to reconsider your sleeping patterns. Back To Alpha

Trust the what, fuck the when! Time is an obstacle that you put in your own way. It’s the reason most men have guts and out of shape … why, because they don’t have time… The FUCKERY begins 5,4,3,2,1 So, you don’t have time to better your fitness & health but you have time to make money and do things that are pleasurable.. Forgive me in advance! Like and follow or not!😂 You have the time to do the things that depletes your battery but not to do the most important things to recharge the cells of the battery?🤔 Bro surely Shirley isn’t the only one who missed the Good Ship Obviously all elevators don’t go to the top floor🤦🏽‍♂️. Make this make sense Please… ?? I’ll wait .. Bro … what in the moment of mens mental menstrual cramps are we talking about ….. I don’t have Time for my own fitness & health?? You know what ……..you’rrrrrrrrrrre real right and different…just go on and put your helmet on the hat rack buddy and your chinstrap on the kitchen counter and crawl your adult self up in the high chair… Recovery of my unapologetic apology🙏🏾not Fuck the time just start for the results you want and stop worrying about when you’ll get the result. The when can be a dream killer and create insecurities in getting close to your ideal body , dreams and goals. We all want things to happen fast as if we are racing against a clock that we can’t control to only create unnecessary anxiety and stress. I recommend we stay in a flow state and think outside of the box… I don't want that stress and anxiety for you and you shouldn't want it for yourself Fuck the when and go for your health , dream & goals I love you Alpha 👊🏾💪🏾
