Would it be of any benefit if we posted before and after photos, or before, and current of our transformation? Or maybe current photo, and what we would like to change about our physique? It's so difficult since everyone has a different rout to transform, but really its the same principles that get us there. I know that I have to consume a ton of calories to get to my goal, but others have to consume less calories to get to their goal. Just thought I would spark some conversation.
