ONE THING and more
As you know, this is a brand-new community. I'm still very much trying things out. My coach calls this "building in public." You're basically watching me build this from scratch. Which means, you get to watch me make mistakes and try things that don't work, etc. And when you're ready to build your own community, you have a better idea of how to start. 😊 With that being said, here's what I'm trying out next! πŸ˜€ - πŸ† Leaderboard REWARDS I'm going to start giving away prizes for the top position on the leaderboard at the end of each month. It'll be random stuff. Sometimes it's just for #1, sometimes for the top three. It might be a bar of chocolate from Spain or a free strategy session. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ There's only one way to find out. 😁 You have an extra day today to get points and catch @Brian McCarley! You get points by getting people to LIKE your posts and comments! 1 like = 1 point. - πŸ”₯ March REFERRAL CHALLENGE We got 37 members in the first month. 🀨 People are REALLY hesitant to switch platforms and join yet another group somewhere else. So, in March, I'm doing a challenge for all members. Refer the most people and win a prize! More about that tomorrow! - ☝🏼ONE THING Accountability Check-ins For me accountability is HUGE. When I say I'm going to do something, I will do it. And I also know that little things done regularly add up to big things. So, every Monday, we will have an Accountability check-in for all members. It's going to be super quick. You join, tell me/us how you did last week, and ONE THING you'll be working on this week, no matter how small. We hold you accountable. And you get Leaderboard points for showing up! - 🀯 Monthly HOW TO sessions (I might need a better name for that! πŸ˜‚) Coming up next: – March 16: Create your HTML Email Signature – April 13: Sourdough for Beginners Depending on how the feedback is, I might do it more often (like twice a month, alternating between fermentation and branding). Possible topics: Canva tips, Descript, design, lead magnets, any brand strategy pieces, and anything I want to learn about! πŸ˜›. I'm open to suggestions! What do YOU want to learn about?

Hope so! I'll check the time and put it in my diary!
Helpful Resources?
I was just looking through the 'Classroom' tab Pacha provided and came across recommended reading and videos and thought I'd ask if anyone has any additional books or resources they've found valuable...whether it's about branding, business/chiropractic, mindset, health or anything else you felt helped you along your own journey? Or even just a word of wisdom for a new guy looking to open his own office soon πŸ™‚ I'll share a book I liked... "The Power of Moments: Why Certain Experiences Have Extraordinary Impact" by Chip and Dan Heath was a fun and interesting read and got me thinking about how to create these situations in my future practice to really elevate the experience people have in the office. Check it out!

Reading this just now. Great book. It will totally help you understand how your mind works.
Introduce Yourself! (Please Read πŸ‘€ )
Welcome to Brand Fusion! Before you do anything else do this: Step 1: Introduce yourself IN THE COMMENTS using this Copy/Paste Template: Where are you from? Biggest strength? Biggest weakness? What's your personagram? What do you want immediate help with inside of this community? Plus: Share the last photo you took with your phone! Step 2: This is a COMMUNITY, meaning you are supposed to engage with others here. It was intentionally set up so that you can only access the course materials AFTER you've introduced yourself (or at least engaged in the community sufficiently). To unlock course materials, you need to 'level up'. To level up, you need points. To get points, you need other people to give your posts/comments a thumbs up. 1 like = 1 point. ------- Best practices in this community: β€’ NO Cold DM's. Do not DM anyone pitching your services. You will be banned. β€’ Try to level up quickly by commenting and posting your insights in the community. β€’Β Hit 'Like' πŸ‘ on every helpful post or comment you see to help others level up. β€’Β Share quality, well-written posts. Low quality gets deleted. β€’ Make sure your profile picture is a photo of you. β€’ Be kind. β€’ If you ever get stuck, feel overwhelmed, are not sure what 'next step' to take, just ask the community. β€’ Report any members or posts not complying with these rules to the admin. ------ Group Rules: 1) No Self Promotion (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) 2) No Selling in the DM's (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) 3) No Spamming the Community Feed (This will get you blocked, deleted and banned) What business season are you in?

I'd love your input! (Market research... 😘) Below are three videos (less than 1 min each). Which style do you like best? This goes with the last post about hiring a Fiverr creator to help with editing presentations into shorts and reels. I'll tell you about ALL about it when we're done. Promise!

I'd actually go for a mix of 1 and 2. I like the second one with you in it but I find the highlighted captions make it a harder watch. So I'd go for talking head but with calmer captions (not highlighting words).
