I forgot to say, in the beginning of my journey i started without a bench because i was waiting for it to come from Amazon, i got my bench a couple of days ago, forgot to tell you guys. Also wanted to say i was horrible at the Incline bench press at first. I was feeling no tension at my pecs, I also had some shoulder discomfort but when i took the time to lower the weight, master the form, and attempt it at my regular weights again, I felt it. - Take your time to at least get the form down, doing exercises with bad form is like construction workers building a building with no Blueprints. You’ll waste your time and leave muscle and strength gains on the table.
