A few of us seem to be into intermittent fasting... I actually used to coach people to fast (up to 72 hours at a time) when I worked as a health coach. BUT fasting is a very personal decision and practice and I don't want anybody to feel pressured. So, here are some facts for those who might be thinking about getting started!
