What is a win to you? I want to hear about it!!!
Hey, Happy Money Monday you sale slinging fools. Absolute colossal closers and superb setters. I hope everyone has had as much rest and recharge as I have to take off on this Maniacal Money Mondayyyyy👀 Today I want to know not just more about you, but what is a win to you? I had a few different football coaches, some absolutely inspiring and changed my life forever. Others I fist fought and got into it more than Tyson fans this past Weeknd 😂. However they all had one saying in common and it was "Do the little things right, so when the big things come you know what you have to do to win!" And they could not be closer to the truth, but I believe winning is subjective If you want to lose weight but you are talking to a person who is diabetic, 20lbs for you might feel like a start but to them that would be ground breaking!! A closer could be talking about how he went 4/5 closes for the day, but if he is talking to someone who is brand new to sales who is in the dms that literally is their goal (at least I hope it is if they are in sales😂) What are some of your sales wins? And what are some "little goals" that led to bigger wins later down the road?

My brother is type 1 diabetic and he tries to gain muscle mass (it is near to impossible sometimes), when he puts on at least a pound it gets him going! I have been super consistent with hitting the gym and going to set failure this time. I have a disability that does not help so anything to failure I am like this is amazing! Also just in general a win for me is a small step towards success like applying to a job I think I have imposter syndrome with! Keep going Blake!! 🙌

Thanks matt🙌
Don't give up! 🤘
Some days, it feels like everyone else is winning, while we’re just here, taking slow, quiet steps forward. It’s hard not to feel defeated when we see others celebrating big milestones. But here’s the truth: success isn’t just the loud, public wins. It’s the steady work that happens behind the curtain, where no one’s watching. 👏 Every small step, every little bit of progress, even the moments we choose not to quit—that’s a win. 🌟 Remember, progress doesn’t have to be flashy. Sometimes, it’s just about continuing the journey, even when no one sees it! Keep moving. You’re doing better than you think. 💪✨ #ProgressNotPerfection

Masks -
Great call @Dylan Asena , super fun, kudos to everyone who was up there tonight! I hope I am understand the assignment correctly here... 1. The mask I typically wear - I am a true mix of introvert & extrovert, so I feel like my mask constantly 'changes' even in real life. I definetly struggle with self confidence in personal life, and being a decisive person. I am super indecisive, but working on this and working on leaning into my confidence, knowing who I am, and not being afraid to network/meet new people. I feel like I've been a 'late bloomer' as far as some networking / social skills which I really started tuning into the last couple years and learning more about myself that I CAN be confident, and knowledgeable, and a leader. 2. The mask I want to wear in sales - I want to be friendly and come across as genuine and almost as a 'friend' type energy because I think that will show that I am genuinly there for the prospect and their best interest/helping them like Maddie teaches. However, I do not want to be 'too nice' and someone that the prospect can walk all over. I want to be confident, hold my own ground when need be, and super knowledgeable. 🙃

I am also a extrovert and introvert, where I find it hard to go back and forth, but now am honoring those ebbs and flows using them to my advantage! But great insight and think that confidence will definitely bloom, you already are! 😊
