Need Tips on Capturing Call Recording URL from Voice Assistant
Hi y'all! I’m working on a Voice Assistant and could use some guidance on capturing the recording URL for voice conversations throughout the booking process. My goal is to retrieve this URL and include it in my SMS with appointment details sent to contact. There was a video dropped over the summer, working with a custom webhook using conversation-logs endpoint, bearer token but still not fully clear on getting the call recording URL. Anybody got a step-by-step or insights to make this work? Many thanks for any pointers! 🤩

Inject Context Summary of the previous conversations
Can we inject at the start of a conversation, the summaries of the previous conversations when we receive a call or a message? As everything is about context, we suis be able to remember when a caller comes back. We should also be able to drop the call if previous conversations were spam. Currently I add them to a naughty list, but in the correct way we must have a memory and that memory injected before the conversation is restarted

I’m thinking you can inject the summaries at the start for sure. My spam workflows check for name, phone, & email then mark the contact spam after 3 days if only one of the aforementioned details is present. I’m happy to think through the workflows with you if you want. I’m working on similar projects to extract data from the call, feed it to chat, send call summary to client in desired format.

Voice cloning sample + voice stuff
now sure if itll make its way into 2.1--- but soon enough, included is my assistant leaving a voicemail for an appointment confirmation cloned with my voice BTW because I already know someone is going to ask - im shooting for over the weekend so that i can focus a bit more of data tying, extractions etc. Example, with this release - we will have significantly closer integration with voice dispositioning - so the notes section is more robust with more data like the end reasoning (voicemail, assistant/user hungup, phone number unreachable etc) but also, we will be tagging the contacts with dispositioning so you can use that for workflow trigger on calls. Also transcript and call data will be added into the assistable conversation history orb will be able to remember visitors and we will be able to send analytics like view counter by user etc (this requires cookies so will require a notice) Maybe************* a custom conversation provider integration so we can show your calls in the GHL message history as well. --- Anyways.... getting back to it

Call recordings will not play. Can’t listen to calls.
I click the button to listen to the recording. The play button is greyed out. Clicking download results in an error and no download. I’ll add a loom shortly. Anyone else having this issue?

@Saied Balajio I’m new to assistable and learning as fast as possible in between insurance appointments. I can’t confirm with certainty. I don’t see why not either.
