Who else is living outside of the country? Remote sales is amazing if you can find the right offer to live a lifestyle above and beyond what is possible in the states One big downside is that it's hard to bridge connections and build relationships. How do you work with that?

Not sure if anyone has ever been in this situation before. In terms of the client talking about “inappropriate” things. We are often instructed to build a good personal connection with our prospects and get to know them personally. But when it goes past a certain boundary, I’m not too sure how to handle. I’m sure girls in sales have experienced this a lot more than I did. So personally for the ones who have had this situation occur before. What is the best way to handle it? I also don’t wanna lose this client since he is a potential 50k investment and 10% commission or even 15% commission would be huge for me… P.S: when I said the videos I sent you I was referring to the free training webinars and loom video VSL that explained what we did as a company. Besides this, I have plenty of time for me, and I am looking to Professionally start as a High Ticket Closer and that's why I joined this group to surround myself with like-minded people. I am here to help, support each other in as many ways possible. I'm planning to start my Instagram/YouTube, to share all things, that I have learned so far. Other than that, I love going to gym, and travel a lot for new experiences. What are your intentions for this group?

I am in real estate in Ecuador. I receive leads and send them an email, send a message and call them, but they don't answer. For context, we sell finished houses built by builders and they have the opportunity to differ the down payment. I don't want to blame the Ads (although many don't have the budget for the property) because every lead is good for practice. How can I follow up with them without being annoying because they don't answer my messages? I understand that in my country people are not used to answer the phone because it could be an extortionist (crazy i know) but I do not know how to get them to connect. I understand the theory and the phases and that I should ask questions, but already in the call everything is a little chaos. I don't know, maybe I just need more practice. It should be like: Hello Radmila, I have tried to communicate with you but I have not asked. Where should we go from here?
