How would you handle this?

Not sure if anyone has ever been in this situation before. In terms of the client talking about “inappropriate” things. We are often instructed to build a good personal connection with our prospects and get to know them personally. But when it goes past a certain boundary, I’m not too sure how to handle. I’m sure girls in sales have experienced this a lot more than I did. So personally for the ones who have had this situation occur before. What is the best way to handle it? I also don’t wanna lose this client since he is a potential 50k investment and 10% commission or even 15% commission would be huge for me…

P.S: when I said the videos I sent you I was referring to the free training webinars and loom video VSL that explained what we did as a company.
