I am in real estate in Ecuador. I receive leads and send them an email, send a message and call them, but they don't answer. For context, we sell finished houses built by builders and they have the opportunity to differ the down payment. I don't want to blame the Ads (although many don't have the budget for the property) because every lead is good for practice.
How can I follow up with them without being annoying because they don't answer my messages?
I understand that in my country people are not used to answer the phone because it could be an extortionist (crazy i know) but I do not know how to get them to connect.
I understand the theory and the phases and that I should ask questions, but already in the call everything is a little chaos. I don't know, maybe I just need more practice.
It should be like: Hello Radmila, I have tried to communicate with you but I have not asked. Where should we go from here?
