Favourite Cardio?
What do you guys enjoy doing for cardio? I definitely prefer being out in the sun for mine, just pushing normally. I get too bored indoors 😅

Cardio is not my favourite when it's in the gym, but going for a wheel around the lake or the river pleases me greatly. I'd love to do it in a sports chair.

Windsor
I took my assistance dog to Windsor yesterday and I made it up the really steep hill where the castle is! We also met Thomas the tank engine 😂! I’ve never been able to do that before so it’s proof I’m getting stronger! I have rugby (murderball) training again today so very excited for that too! I have 2 weeks (6 gym sessions) till I go to France for my partners mums wedding so want to be as fit as I can before then!

Body Image Positivity
At the end of the month, I'm flying out to Chicago and driving out to Davenport, Iowa, to watch a childhood friend make his pro-MMA debut. I am very excited to see him and his family again. But I also have misgivings this is the first he has seen me since I was injured. It is most difficult for me to see people who I knew before vs people I meet after. Despite everything I am very self conscious of my disables body. Anyone else struggle with this?

No mate, I know how hard I'm working and how much work I'm putting in, so despite not looking anywhere near my best, I'm proud of myself and how hard I'm trying, and you should be too. We're not ordinary people, we're extraordinary, and we should be celebrated. But you've got to start with celebrating yourself. I hope you enjoy your trip, it sounds amazing.

Just adopted this little guy
Warriors, meet Dave 😁 he’s 18 months old, had a pretty rough start to life but he’ll be coming home to live with me in a couple weeks time! Bonus points if you can guess his breed 🧐
