Cancelling 7-day trial : still gets 12 (or 14?) days before churning?
I noticed that when a trial-members cancels the trial, they still show up under the tab "cancelling" (not "churned") saying they churn in 12 (14?) days? Can anyone explain what that is about? do they still have access to the trial for those additional 12 (14?) days? CORRECTION: it actually says "declined", not "cancelled" so apparently there is a difference there?

@Paul Schuller should I manually cancel them of the status is declined after the 7-day trial? what's your opinion on that?

@Paul Schuller this idea of reaching out to them doesnt work half of the time. They just simply don't respond.

the most value i got was/is from the people promoting it: @Alex Hormozi @Andrew Kirby and some free groups that teach about how to use skool like the one from @Max Perzon
Membership Questions for Paid Communities
https://www.skool.com/games/any-best-practices-yet-an-the-7-day-free-trial It would be great to be able to turn on membership questions for paid communities, especially to validate free trial members like @Gert Leroy wants to in the thread linked above. I've had a couple people asking me how to work around this, but I never had a good answer except dming members - because what if they don't reply.

Community changes throwing you into a tizzy?
Whether itโ€™s here in the main skool community, or in your own communityโ€ฆ when things shift whether due to growth, or a proverbial pot hole, or any number of thingsโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ‘‡๐ŸปDo you choose to give up or take a step back, or do you choose to pause, lean in, evaluate, pivot slightly if necessary and keep going?? Many times our human brain likes to seize up with mindfuckery and blame outside sources, or say things like โ€œwhy canโ€™t it be like it was beforeโ€, โ€œif only it would happen this wayโ€, or any number of similar thingsโ€ฆ I want to caution you and recommend getting curiousโ€ฆ curious about what thatโ€™s serving you. It gives you an โ€œoutโ€ right? You can say welp I tried but this happenedโ€ฆ and then you stay stuck, and if you choose to leave and go elsewhere, how does that benefit you or the others you were committed to helping? Sometimes these sorts of changes help us as entrepreneurs think outside of the box, get uber creative and actually excel further than we wouldโ€™ve had nothing changed ๐Ÿ˜‰ There are always caveats, and if itโ€™s not a good fit, then so be itโ€ฆ however I find that many times leaning in and choosing to get creative to adapt might benefit you more in the long run. The only obstacle is you. So, will you choose to ditch the mindfuckery, lean in and do the work, or will you choose to blame outside sources as a scapegoat for your victim mindset?

I wish we could get some best practices with each new thing that Skool rolls out ๐Ÿ™
What CRM are you using with Skool?
I am trying to recommend the best CRM for my members to use with their community and/or businesses. Iโ€™ve extensively used Mailchimp, SendGrid, Pipedrive, and Salesforce, but I know a lot of people also use HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and Systeme.io. What do you use? How much does it cost? Does it connect to Zapier? What are the pros and cons? Thank you.

Systeme, but so far only for a landing page. Haven't sent emails yet. I dont know if i would recommend it. It feels rather clunky.
