Cancelling 7-day trial : still gets 12 (or 14?) days before churning?
I noticed that when a trial-members cancels the trial, they still show up under the tab "cancelling" (not "churned") saying they churn in 12 (14?) days?
Can anyone explain what that is about? do they still have access to the trial for those additional 12 (14?) days?
CORRECTION: it actually says "declined", not "cancelled" so apparently there is a difference there?
