About: Visualization: How To?
I like this talk a lot. There are so may ways to enjoy yourself, to keep yourself during the breath hold indeed. I sometimes sing a song in my head. Or I very slowly spell names of animals or cities backwards. Or I visualize a funny scene with my dog ... when 'watching' her funny face watching me, asking me to play then I start to smile during my breath hold and I instantly relax. So many scenes we can play in our inner cinema 📽️🎬
