Community changes throwing you into a tizzy?
Whether it’s here in the main skool community, or in your own community… when things shift whether due to growth, or a proverbial pot hole, or any number of things…
👇🏻Do you choose to give up or take a step back, or do you choose to pause, lean in, evaluate, pivot slightly if necessary and keep going??
Many times our human brain likes to seize up with mindfuckery and blame outside sources, or say things like “why can’t it be like it was before”, “if only it would happen this way”, or any number of similar things…
I want to caution you and recommend getting curious… curious about what that’s serving you.
It gives you an “out” right? You can say welp I tried but this happened… and then you stay stuck, and if you choose to leave and go elsewhere, how does that benefit you or the others you were committed to helping?
Sometimes these sorts of changes help us as entrepreneurs think outside of the box, get uber creative and actually excel further than we would’ve had nothing changed 😉
There are always caveats, and if it’s not a good fit, then so be it… however I find that many times leaning in and choosing to get creative to adapt might benefit you more in the long run.
The only obstacle is you. So, will you choose to ditch the mindfuckery, lean in and do the work, or will you choose to blame outside sources as a scapegoat for your victim mindset?
