Best Overall Training Shoe?
Hey everyone! Looking to invest in a good quality multipurpose training shoe. Want to have a shoe that can be really good for everything like lifting, jumping, and running too. Was looking into Vivo Barefoot shoes, but wondered if they're worth the price point. Open to any suggestions if any of you guys have em!

Favorite movements to help improve your jump height? Set a goal to dunk a basketball, but I need to add 7-10 inches on my vert to clear the rim comfortably.
Who would you like to see me debate
Had fun with the Atlas debate. Who else do you think would be good to debate about a topic?

Any chance you could ever get Naudi Angular on a debate? 😂
Incorporating Sprinting in your lifting regimen?
Been wanting to do more sprint work, but still make progress on my bigger lifts and jump work. I know there'll be a give and take with some things, but want to know if guys have set up in a way you've made progress without burning everything out. Hope everyone's having a solid day!

@Angus Bradley @Braden Jowers did 10 sets of 10 yards at an RPE 7. Legs feel good, body feels fresh and can't wait to crush legs tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing how this keeps going!
Vacation Deload
Thoughts on how to go about “deloading” these next two weeks? I’m going on vacation and have been suffering from a few minor aches/injuries recently. Basically still trying to rehab my Achilles(seems to be a bit better), and every once in a while I feel like I throw my lower back out until it feels better 2-4 days later. I’m thinking I definitely want to get out from under the weights these two weeks and not worry about going to a gym? Thoughts on maybe daily core circuit to get the spine moving and daily isos for the lower body(Achilles plus overall lower body stimulus, possibly in extreme ranges so I can get some stretching in as well)? Let me know what yall are thinking!

Depends on where you're vacationing, but I would advocate walking, and just doing fun active things like shooting hoops or messing around in the pool or beach. Being active in any form of water always feels great on my body and joints. But 2 weeks out of a whole year won't make or break your progress so even if you don't do anything, the mental and physical reset can help a lot and might help you make more progress going forward. Just my two cents though. More importantly is that you have fun on vacation!

@Braden Jowers Yea I hear ya! I'm going away in two weeks and I know there'll be no time to really train so I'm trying to push as hard as I can now, so when it comes I can relax a little bit, sleep more, eat more, and come back feeling a lot stronger.
