My 10 YT Organic Keynotes After 10+ Hours of 1-Day Recordings
1. Make content for the people you are looking to sell to 2. Every video should be about one big idea 3. Use stories and examples for better point explanations  4. Views don’t matter, conversions do 5. Start your videos with a “promise, proof, plan” framework 6. Don’t expect people to know you, introduce yourself every time 7. Quality > Quantity 8. Make it easy to consume, use visuals and steps 9. Give away information, not implementation 10. Make sure your thumbnails and titles are nailed down

@Ibrahim Abdul Great one. I love to measure things in value per minute, that's what I'm optimizing for.

6 ways to increase new members retention
The first week from when the new member joins is the most important to nail down. Here is the 6-step checklist you can use: 1. Have a welcoming open + closed question automated DM 2. Give clear direction in your onboarding process 3. Incentivize people to make their first post inside the community 4. Don’t overwhelm new members with loads of action steps 5. Incentivize people on booking a 1-on-1 onboarding call with you 6. Have an email welcome sequence nurturing them back into the community

Want Members to Stay? Create Their ‘Aha!’ Moments
If you’ve got a Skool community, you know the struggle: people join, hang out for a bit, and then… vanish. If it sound familiar, here’s the good news: fixing this can be helped with a "simple" thing 👇 Focus on creating “Aha!” moments early and often. What’s an “Aha!” moment? It’s when someone realizes, "This is exactly what I needed." "Ok bro", I can hear in the back "how tf do we do that?" - Glad you asked. - 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 (𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧): When someone joins, don’t overwhelm them with tons of content. Focus on solving one specific pain point within their first 24 hours. - Example: fitness group? Help them calculate their macros. Marketing group? Give them a plug-and-play email template. The faster they get a win, the more invested they’ll be. - 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵: Most people leave because they feel lost. Fix that by giving them a simple roadmap that answers: - What should I focus on this week? - What’s my next step after that? - What’s the big win I can expect after sticking around for 90 days? Pro Tip: Break it down into small steps. People love ticking boxes. - 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗻: Got someone who implemented your advice and got a result? Shout it from the rooftops: post their success in the group, highlight them in a community email, create a “Hall of Fame” Recognition makes people feel seen—and keeps them coming back. ➡️Ready to Try It? Here’s my challenge for you: 1️⃣Spend 15 minutes today thinking about the smallest but most impactful win you can give your members in their first week. 2️⃣Build everything around delivering that Because when your members win, they stay. And when they stay, they bring others. It’s that simple. What’s your group’s “Aha!” moment? I’d love to hear!

@Sylvain Zyssman No, I'm not, but I'm helping creators build and scale one. How about you, I assume you do?

Pt.2: Keep Your Members Engaged With a Calendar!📅 (2/2)
Yesterday, we talked about using your calendar to reduce churn by sharing upcoming features or courses. Today, let’s dive into ‘how to actually do this’! There are two ways to do this🤓 The first way uses the calendar: Create a new event in your calendar,📅 name it something like “Next Community Update” or get a bit more specific, like “New Course About XY” Like Ted Carr does, you can make this event last 24/7, so it stays at the top of your Skool feed📣 The second way? Write a quick weekly post instead📃 Basically, share a progress update on what you’re working on, like: “We’re 1/3 done with the new course! Can’t wait to show you all!” This makes members feel involved, they’re basically witnessing how you’re getting closer and closer to publishing it👀 This also strengthens their connection to you and your community,🤝 because they’re more involved into the process and what going on bts! Plus it keeps them excited for what’s next🎉 Post these updates in your free community as well. That’ll make them aware of the things coming to your paid community, so it’s basically free advertising, without directly advertising💎 Thanks to @Jan Rebic for the with what @Ted Carr does!
