Yesterday, we talked about using your calendar to reduce churn
by sharing upcoming features or courses.
Today, let’s dive into ‘how to actually do this’!
There are two ways to do this🤓
The first way uses the calendar:
Create a new event in your calendar,📅
name it something like “Next Community Update”
or get a bit more specific, like “New Course About XY”
Like Ted Carr does, you can make this event last 24/7,
so it stays at the top of your Skool feed📣
The second way? Write a quick weekly post instead📃
Basically, share a progress update on what you’re working on, like:
“We’re 1/3 done with the new course! Can’t wait to show you all!”
This makes members feel involved, they’re basically witnessing
how you’re getting closer and closer to publishing it👀
This also strengthens their connection to you and your community,🤝
because they’re more involved into the process and what going on bts!
Plus it keeps them excited for what’s next🎉
Post these updates in your free community as well.
That’ll make them aware of the things coming to your paid community,
so it’s basically free advertising, without directly advertising💎
Thanks to for the with what does!
