If you struggle making your 1st video (watch this)
I know how hard it can feel to show up and create video content where you're talking. You might not know what to say or be super aware of how you look or sound. That's normal. I've done this for more than ten years, and still... I stumble over my words, and sometimes doubt if I'm good enough to be doing this, or would anyone actually listen to me? I compiled a list of things to remember when it feels like you're ready to back the bags: 1. Acknowledge the fear, and do it scared. 2. Take small steps, 1% better everyday, and you'll become 37 times better in 365 days. 3. Enjoy the process, follow your HEART. 4. Don’t quit because this too shall pass. 5. Pick your hard: life gets easier the more we are exposed to something. 6. Stay consistent even on days you want to give up. 7. Forget about being perfect, be imperfectly perfect. 8. Think about the person behind your camera. It's not about you. 9. Ask for help (we're Contentpreneurs, it's teamwork) 10. Keep sharpening your axe: it's a skill that takes time. I hope this helps some of you :)

If you fear making talking videos (read this)
I've gone from being a shy introvert to being able to speak on stage (and on camera) and i know the feeling, freezing up pressing the rec button. I want this post to serve as the end all to your fear so you can share your beautiful message and work with amazing clients. Please... for the love of lord of the rings.... take what I've learned from years of watching 1000s of big YouTubers, and years of consuming self help books so you don't have to waste your time. So, there was a time I used to think: "𝗜𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗮𝗱/𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁." That's not entirely true. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘀, 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀. Making thousands of "not-so-great" videos will sharpen your skills. Imperfect action is better than perfect inaction any day. Many people are scared even to upload one video... ...Adding the pressure to make videos "good FIRST" is too much at the start. It makes it harder to keep going because the resistance to start is too high to develop a habit of simply showing up. If you want to fail at putting out content: make it invisible, make it unattractive, make it difficult, and make it unsatisfying. Habits are easily formed when you follow these rules (from Atomic Habits by James Clear): 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴. You improve by doing something, in this case striving for quality by showing up even if the videos suck, over and over for a long time. Make it easy to start, AND have self-compassion. This is a marathon, not a sprint. There are many stories where big names have "destroyed" their brands and somehow, no one cares because they've continuously shown up with good, after-good content. There's a story from the book "Art & Fear" about a pottery class that explains this principle pretty good. A pottery teacher split the class into two groups. Group A made lots of pots, one every day. Group B spent all their time on one perfect pot. In the end, Group A had the best pots, while Group B didn't do as well.

6 ways to increase new members retention
The first week from when the new member joins is the most important to nail down. Here is the 6-step checklist you can use: 1. Have a welcoming open + closed question automated DM 2. Give clear direction in your onboarding process 3. Incentivize people to make their first post inside the community 4. Don’t overwhelm new members with loads of action steps 5. Incentivize people on booking a 1-on-1 onboarding call with you 6. Have an email welcome sequence nurturing them back into the community

1 Follower Can Be Worth $999: You Don’t Need Thousands
I bet you used to think that you need to have thousands of followers to make good money online. That simply is false. Just 1 good quality follower can make a real difference in your business. Here's proof? Nick (one of our clients) has 39 followers on his new Instagram page, and yet, someone reached out asking if he does 1-1 coaching because they needed help with their fitness goals. Think about it, these 39 followers are 39 people. All with their own problems, that they want solved. And there's a way to monetise that. Now here's how: 1️⃣ Focus on solving problems. Nobody actually gives a fuck about you, and they don't follow you just for entertainment (unless you're a clown🤡). They care about what YOU can do for THEM. Solve a specific problem, and people will ask for your help, no matter how small your following is. 2️⃣ You need to remember that an engaged follower who resonates with your content and trusts you is far more valuable than 1,000 doomscrollers. They might buy your $999 offer because they already see the value you provide. So niche THE FUCK down and position yourself as an authority (nail down your ICP first) show up with clarity and confidence. Talk directly to that ICP in all your videos, make them feel like you know their situation better than themselves. 3️⃣ You need to create an offer (even if you think you’re “too small”). You should have something ready to sell from the beginning. Don’t wait for a certain number of followers to start monetising—someone might already be waiting to buy. Focus on creating value, building trust, and showing up authentically. Your audience, even if it's 5 people, can be your biggest asset. P.S Here is a few videos that I've found by Hormozi that backs this up.
