Small Wins
Small wins lead to large victories. The more consistent we can be, the more discipline we create. Discipline carried over a long enough time horizon, Becomes a motivational force capable of pulling us through any adversity. Focus on small wins, Keep creating these small wins every single day. Over time you will see these small wins compound and multiply your successes. The more little successes you curate for yourself, The closer you get to that big W. The closer you get to that big win, the more challenges you will face. Why? So you have the opportunity to create more small wins for yourself, More problems solved, More people served. More people served, More opportunities for growth. More growth, more problems. More problems, more wins. And your successes keep stacking, Keep building, Keep compounding. Until one day you look around and wonder, How did I get here? How did I achieve everything I told myself I would and more? How did it all work out? Because you put in the work, each and every day, to get those small wins. And you kept stacking those small wins. Each and every day. Until you've created a staircase to success. Until you've bridged the gap between you and the impossible. So, Here's another day, What are you doing now, To create those small wins that build your staircase to success?

Hormozi-isms Take 2
"You have to be willing to delay gratification for an extended period of time and eat glass. And that eating of glass is seeing how many failures you have to take to get it right." - Alex Hormozi Starting your own business is difficult. Putting in the work while you see little to no results, even more difficult. Beginning your business from the ground up is an effort-intensive, time-consuming process. Eat your glass. You have to create, solve, serve, promote, sell, and much more. You have to balance your business, fitness, relationships, challenges, and personal life. You have to gather resources, organize materials, prioritize tasks, build your foundation, Manage your time & effort, mitigate risks, establish your network, build a brand, and much much more. Eat your glass. The beginning is always the most difficult, Building a foundation is never easy, rarely glamorous but it is absolutely necessary. You can't build a skyscraper on a weak foundation and expect it to weather the storms life throws at it. Similarly, You can't expect to launch yourself into the heights of success with some duct tape and bottle rockets. We've all seen a rocket before. They are built with large thrusters and a large gas tank because it must lift itself off the ground, And push itself off through the atmosphere while gravity pushes down, trying to impede its progress. Your business is that rocket. It must be built to resist the wind, weather, and whatever else life throws at it. It must be built carefully and methodically. It must have strong enough thrusters to allow it to lift off against the downward push of gravity. It must have enough fuel to sustain it's lift off through the atmosphere and into orbit. Your rocket (business) must be able to endure and push through the gravity of mediocrity. It will take time. And it will take effort. It will cause you to question yourself and ask why you're even doing it to begin with. It will tire you. Hurt you. And push you past what you thought was possible.

HATERS
"Ridicule is the tribute paid to the genius by the mediocre." - Oscar Wilde Haters are always gonna hate, Whether you're doing something or doing nothing, People will always find fault with you regardless of what you do. Do not allow haters to stop you from pursuing your dreams. Do not allow haters to side track you on your journey to success. People will always have something to say. Most of the time it is nothing more than envy, Because you are doing something they are too afraid or lazy to do themselves. Remember, The price of greatness is facing ridicule from the mediocre. We have but one life to live, Why let other people live it for you?

@Joe Remington Ted is a good dude and has a good group of people around him. Just write out a few important questions pertaining to your business ahead of time and don't be afraid to ask them. You'll do great.

Take A Moment
The life of an entrepreneur is a busy one, Filled with tasks to do, problems to solve, and people to serve. All that hustle and bustle is important for growing your business, But take just a moment to think back to where it all started, Who you were, where you were at, and all the work you've put in to get to where you are now. Take a moment to laugh at just how crazy this ride has been to get you to where you are now. Take a moment to acknowledge how much time and effort you put in to create the person you are now. Think about how far you've come and how far you're going. Sit back for just a moment and allow that feeling of triumph to overwhelm you. YOU DID IT. And you are continuing to do it. Keep putting in the work. And always remember, We must take a moment every now and again, To look at ourselves and see all that we have achieved and will continue to achieve. Good things are always on the horizon for those willing to do the work. Now get out there, put out those fires, And continue to serve the people that got you to where you are today.
