If you struggle making your 1st video (watch this)
I know how hard it can feel to show up and create video content where you're talking. You might not know what to say or be super aware of how you look or sound. That's normal.
I've done this for more than ten years, and still... I stumble over my words, and sometimes doubt if I'm good enough to be doing this, or would anyone actually listen to me?
I compiled a list of things to remember when it feels like you're ready to back the bags:
  1. Acknowledge the fear, and do it scared.
  2. Take small steps, 1% better everyday, and you'll become 37 times better in 365 days.
  3. Enjoy the process, follow your HEART.
  4. Don’t quit because this too shall pass.
  5. Pick your hard: life gets easier the more we are exposed to something.
  6. Stay consistent even on days you want to give up.
  7. Forget about being perfect, be imperfectly perfect.
  8. Think about the person behind your camera. It's not about you.
  9. Ask for help (we're Contentpreneurs, it's teamwork)
  10. Keep sharpening your axe: it's a skill that takes time.
I hope this helps some of you :)
