I've found that simply being part of the group gives me incredible inspiration to be accountable to my well being each day. Like this photo from going to the river for 5 minutes on Sunday night. That's awesome! I don't wear a fitness collar. One day, I should get one of those rings. I do miss knowing my steps and definitely need to start prioritizing it soon!
