Year end review.
As we approach the end of the year, it’s a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished and the incredible possibilities that lie ahead. When I started this year, I wasn’t doing any work with AI infrastructures, and I was managing an average of just 3-4 clients per month. Fast forward to now, I’ve grown my revenue by 33.5% compared to last year, and in December alone, I’ve seen an 11.9% increase over November. Here’s the kicker—I haven’t done any paid advertising. Every single bit of this growth has come from organic traffic and word-of-mouth. This year hasn’t been without its challenges. Tools like Assistable have their issues, and there were moments of frustration. But here’s what I’ve learned: Growth is always possible. Even when the tools aren’t perfect. Even when the odds feel stacked against you. If you stay consistent, focus on delivering value, and keep pushing forward, the results will come. So, as you look ahead to the new year, remember this: You don’t need perfection to succeed—you just need persistence, a clear goal, and the drive to adapt and learn along the way. What wins are you celebrating this year? Let’s share and inspire each other as we head into 2024! Drop your stories in the comments below. 💬

This has been a wild year, started out very strong, and then abruptly in August, three of my biggest clients stopped engagements (hostile take over, business sold, and the other hired in house). This accounted for a big portion of my revenue. The important lesson for me is that I didn't have enough continuity/subscription income in my business (I have some, but not enough). In 2025, my sole focus is to build more of that continuity foundation, more leverage... The upside to all this is that I've met outstanding people through this community, have grown professionally and overall I look back at the year with some wins, some lessons and moving into year 12 of being a business owner. Best ride ever. Happy New Year to everyone here!!

[✅ Latest Post] Happy New Year - Office Closed For New Year
Happy New Year everyone! We stayed home and reflected on the past year and planned for the new year - I hope you got some rest and are strapped in for another great year ahead. My family is down to visit - I haven't seen them for a long time, and my wife is expecting (woohoo) so we are kind of taking it all in. The awesome year we just had, the awesome year that we are about to have, a mini-me, and family. So, if it's cool, i wanted to take a day or two off along with the federal holidays to continue to finish some stuff up, finish planning with new hires, and spend time with family. -- An update on some stuff, the support@assistable.ai will be manned by me (to knock out technical tickets outstanding and to train), so if you run into something please send it there and i'll work down the list (or https://lifevest.ai/) - the official support and platform ticketing AI / system will be implemented soon. So, this is me politely asking for a little time off - dont worry, ill be around if needed and yes - I still have stuff coming out. But I think the stuff that is going on behind the scenes is going to be huge for the new year :) thank you all for all you do

Great video, Jorden. Thanks for all you do, for your relentless drive, your vision, your heart, and your overall spirit of entrepreneurship. Thanks for helping fellow entrepreneurs thrive. We, psychologically unemployable, appreciate you greatly 😊.
BOOM!
I'm in the middle of building out one clients system and someone else starts messaging me. Asks some questions then asks when we can demo. I told him "now" ha so we jumped on zoom and then BOOM! Closed the deal. What you focus on expands. Think BIG things for you and your agency! Write it down, look at it and manifest it! It will start to come true!

How to not SUCK at pricing your AI Service/Saas w/Patty Dominguez
If you feel that you are always undercharging for your services then this is for you. If you charge a measly $99/mo then this is OBVIOUSLY for you. Undercharging doesn’t just hurt your business—it sabotages your clients too. If you can’t cover your costs, your service suffers, and when your service fails, you’re the first on the chopping block. Listen in to this conversation for some encouragement to CHARGE ENOUGH and how to do it, with @Patty Dominguez Patty Dominguez is an incredible person all of you should try to get to know. A lot of business wisdom, Fortune 50 background and more. Listen in to this empowering convo.

@Chris Cochran very good choice - and the best part is higher paying clients are more respectful of your time and what you are providing to them. It's so interesting, but I've tested this out over 12 years - and it's absolutely my experience.
