Injury
I recently got my achilles tendon hurt it didnt tear or anything i think it got inflamed But how do i reduce it and get rid of it. Im not playing volleyball for three weeks because of it.

Knee pain
After training I always have knee pain in the region of the patella tendon. Any tips for warm ups?

Returning to active training
I've not trained for volleyball for about 8 months. I had a surgery and needed time to recover. I have resumed workouts at the gym to rebuild strength and endurance so I can get back to the game. I have injured both my knees before, so I hope to strengthen them and to learn how to land properly after a jump. Thanks you the read. Cheers😉

Shoulder Injury
Hello everyone! I had to take a 2 month break from volleyball because I injured my shoulder while I was at a tournament. I’m trying to catch up with my skills but every time I play I get a stabbing pain in my shoulder. I’m very behind and it feels like my team is growing so much without me. I still go to every game and tournament but I cant play. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get better.
