I was just wondering if you guys could tell me what I could do better in this in game jump of mine (I'm #81). Because I can jump way higher if I jump at a rim ( basketball rim) for example.
I found this workout and found it quite motivating seeing his jump height. And as David already mentioned plyometrics in his videos I think itβs not a bad idea
i didn't actually train my vert actively but have been playing basketball and also volleyball since almost a year now, so i managed to improve my jump from 50cm to maybe 80cm quite happy with that but iβm hoping to imp even more with the program
