Returning to active training
I've not trained for volleyball for about 8 months. I had a surgery and needed time to recover. I have resumed workouts at the gym to rebuild strength and endurance so I can get back to the game.
I have injured both my knees before, so I hope to strengthen them and to learn how to land properly after a jump.
