💚The WBME Story 🫶- "Wellbeing Made Easy" Thank you mum xx
🙏 Someone just inspired me to share my story and how this WBME community came about.. so here goes....I thank you all for supporting me on this mission and thank you for being part of it..... @Si Gowing , the heart and soul behind "Wellbeing Made Easy" a compassionate guide committed to illuminating the path to transformation. As a Certified Wellbeing Coach, Mentor, Teacher, Physical and Mental Resilience Trainer, and Neuro Linguistics Practitioner, Si shares a genuine wealth of knowledge and experience. With Teaching Certificates in Higher Education, Effective Coaching and Mentoring, and degrees in Health, Sport, and Fitness, as well as Leadership and Management, Si's dedication to health and wellness is rooted in a sincere desire to serve. For almost three decades, he has not only served his country in the British Army but has also been a source of support as a proud Yorkshireman, father, husband, and mentor. Si's diverse roles include being a Wellness Coach for the world's largest health and nutrition company, along with delivering thoughtful weight management courses for the UK's NHS and Council for GP referral patients with complex health issues. His journey is marked by over two decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to mental and physical fitness and resilience skills training, always with a compassionate touch. In addition to his accomplishments, Si was awarded the Course Officers Certificate on passing his Commando course earning his Coveted Green Beret and also becoming the Sports Coach of the Year for the Cross Country Running team, representing the second largest organisation within the Army. Furthermore, he has trained and coached individuals to pass into the special forces, showcasing his expertise in fostering strength and resilience. In 2021, Si faced a personal tragedy when his beloved mother, Lynn, passed away prematurely at the age of 62. This poignant moment spurred Si's transformative journey, leading to the birth of "Wellbeing Made Easy" in December 2023.

Personal Reflection, Goal Setting, & GO(AL)GETTING 🚀 HOW: Use the "Stop, Start, Continue" method alongside the Performance Profiling tool to set your Priorities and Goals for Personal Wellbeing. Steps to Optimise: Step 1: Preparation: 1. Mindset & Environment. Create the right Mindset ("Monk Mode") and Environment for Time, Space & Attention. 2. Reflect on the Past Year - Tip using old photos/memories (review your camera roll from the 1st day of the year/month/week) - Your last year/month/week might not be as bad as you think! 3. Brain Dump - List Your thoughts/feelings/insights/lessons/pains/frustrations. Step 2: Action: 1. Complete the "Stop, Start, Continue" review exercise using your brain dump. 2. Fill out the Performance Profile Tool (linked under Resources). 3. Upload your completed profile for video feedback Step 3: Review, Amend, & Resubmit: 1. Review the feedback provided (ask questions if needed). 2. Adjust your Performance Profile as required. 3. Resubmit it under the original post/comment with updated feedback.
