Home made Salad
I found an interesting way to make homemade salads based on healthy choices. This was my dinner last night. Depending on what I like the most, I add it to the salad. It is effortless to make, digest, and fill, and it feels very light, with no additional cravings afterward. My coach always lets me be creative with my meals, providing the correct amount of feedback, which has been so fun.
Ingredients: broccoli, power green spring mix, tomatoes, almonds, walnuts, raisins, honey mustard, strawberries, pomegranate, raspberry, lime juice, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper. You could add any non-fat Walden Farms dressing optionally. I skip any oils.
One could add some meats if they want pure protein instead of those chips and/or add different ingredients with seeds etc.. being in guidelines with the program. Give it a try if you like and hope this helps.
