Hard Right over the Easy Wrong
🌟 Choosing the Hard Right Over the Easy Wrong: Here’s Why It Matters 🌟 In both fitness and life, growth rarely comes from taking the easy path. Choosing the hard right over the easy wrong may seem challenging in the moment, but here’s why it’s worth it: the hard choices are what drive true, lasting change. Every time you opt for the harder path, you’re building the discipline, resilience, and integrity that ultimately shape who you become. The easy wrong may offer instant gratification—skipping a workout, giving in to cravings, or putting off the effort. But those decisions often lead to setbacks, regrets, and a lack of progress. The hard right, on the other hand, keeps you moving forward, building self-respect and the confidence that comes from knowing you’re aligned with your goals and values. Why Choose the Hard Right? Because every tough choice you make builds a foundation that will carry you through future challenges. It’s a commitment to becoming your best self, staying true to your journey, and creating a version of yourself that you’re proud of. 💪 Let’s keep each other accountable and embrace the hard right together!

Almost have my go-to breakfasts on the run dialed in. I love Chick-fil-a. My go-to breakfast from there is 2-Egg White Grills. BUT…even I get tired of the Lords chicken. When I want something different, I now LOVE the chipotle chicken sandwich from Panera. I change out the whole egg for double egg whites and get double chicken. 40+ grams of protein. Less than 600 calories (which is what I try to eat for my first meal around 1030) and is pretty filling! Give it a try sometime if you’re in a pinch for a tasty and high protein breakfast. What’s your go-to high protein breakfast?
