Almost have my go-to breakfasts on the run dialed in.
I love Chick-fil-a. My go-to breakfast from there is 2-Egg White Grills.
BUT…even I get tired of the Lords chicken.
When I want something different, I now LOVE the chipotle chicken sandwich from Panera.
I change out the whole egg for double egg whites and get double chicken.
40+ grams of protein.
Less than 600 calories (which is what I try to eat for my first meal around 1030) and is pretty filling!
Give it a try sometime if you’re in a pinch for a tasty and high protein breakfast.
