Raw Milk
So I bought raw milk. And although I bought it from a trusted source, I still am scared that I might get something cause I will drink half a liter a day. Should I pasteurize it myself? The only problem is that pasteurizing it would get rid of all the beneficial enzymes that I bought it for in the first place, like improved digestion. What should I do? Cause regular supermarket milk gives me hella digestion issues
