Book Club meeting June went great!
Thank you to everyone who joined the meeting. We had a good time discussing the book 'Thunderstruck' that our presidential team and children had chosen.
Thank you very much and to A and M who hosted the meeting and led the discussion. ❤️ I loved how you highlighted how the author of 'Thunderstruck 'wrote several books, mostly in libraries. I am sure that motivated many of us to go find a quiet place and get work done.
We also heard from the fabulous L, 's son who is writing two books, one with his friends and one by himself. That was super inspiring L and has given me so much hope for my book!
We learnt a new word 'poltergeist'- does anyone know what it is? Maybe you can find out?
We found amazing things that people would do if they had superpowers including us mums who would love to finish the tasks on our to-do lists 🥳 and I agree on that!
