I got this workout off Instagram, it was a fun one. Why not it give it a go? All you need is one kettlebell (or a dumbbell I guess would work)
Essentially it’s:
4 rounds of thrusters, press ups and clean and press.
Decreasing reps from 40, 30, 20, 10
For time
