Start the STACK Fitness Games by:
1-Creating a note and name it " STACK Fitness Games - October 2024" in your phone. This will be your progress tracker. 🚀
2-Documenting your weight on Day 1 - you will document your progress and check in on Saturdays with the group. (See "check-in" post for check-in instructions)
Take front, back and side pics (shirtless for dudes and sports bra for the ladies) and put it at the top of the note - you don't need to share pics with the group, but you are welcome to on check in days if you're comfortable. This group is a safe space for physical and mental growth. ✌🏼
