When you read this post, I offer you a moment in time to take stock for one whole day (or morning, afternoon etc) and track how often you feel good...or any other 'powerful' feeling and then come back to this post make your choice in this pole below.
Don't worry about learning Wing Chun or whatever else, worry about how often you're juicing some other feeling other than a good one.
