Habits🚶
When we get into a habit or rhythm of something
It becomes subconscious,
You don’t have to learn to walk each time you want to go to the kitchen,
This applies to everything, including the state
Once you get into a habit of state training daily, it will start to integrate itself into daily life, I noticed this a long time ago but it has become more powerful and prominent recently when doing dishes I wasn’t sad or angry I had to do them, I was joyful 😁
You naturally are in the state more and more and more and it doesn’t stop!
You are much more powerful then before, it is wonderful seeing your skill advance 😁
