Happy Fun Friday 🤪 - but just because its the last day of the week doesnt mean its time to hang out on the weekend. Wanna leave your 9-5 job? Wanna make $10k a month? Wanna feel like youre moving the needle forward? Its time to LOCK in One thing I have learned since moving to Arizona is the people who are make $10k a month dont take the time on the weekend to rest, they use that time to get ahead of their peers and move the needle forward Dont get me wrong I would rather be hanging out with my friends over the weekend, but when I look at the bigger picture I would rather give up a weekends for a little bit to truly live the life I built. Ask yourself why you want to make more money or leave your job, or simply become a better person, ask yourself how much you really want it. Now what would you give up to get it?

Sales Tip of The Week: Master the Art of Listening 👂
It's easy to jump into pitch mode, but real success in sales comes from understanding the person in front of you. When you're on a call, aim to listen👂 more than you speak 🗣️ . By actively listening, you'll uncover the pain points, goals, and motivations of your prospect, which makes it much easier to position your solution as the answer they need! *Pro Tip: Try repeating back what the prospect says in your own words. This not only shows that you’re engaged, but also helps clarify any misunderstandings early on 👀 Stay sharp and keep those conversations focused on the customer! 🐊

The difference between good and great? It's not talent. It's not luck. It's momentum. You see, in sales (and in life), momentum is that invisible force that turns small wins into bigger ones. It's what happens when you make that one extra call, send that follow-up email you've been putting off, or refine your pitch just one more time. Think about it - every major deal you've closed started with a single action. A conversation. A connection. This week, I want you to focus on building that momentum. Start small: - Make the call you're nervous about first thing in the morning - Celebrate your micro-wins (yes, even getting a response is a win!) - Use every  “no” as fuel to push harder for the next “yes” Because here's the truth: The most successful people in sales aren't the ones waiting for motivation to strike. Empathy is everything
People don't buy because you understand their situation People don't buy because you have a shiny product People buy because they feel understood People buy because your product solves their pain People buy with emotion and justify with logic Be understanding during the call Listen to their pain point Dig deeper into their pain point Show that they need to make a change And if by the end of the call they know exactly what they need to do in order for them to move the needle forward, then they will make the decision to buy or arrangements to make that decision to buy. Sales isn't pushy Sales isn't selling someone something they don't need Sales is helping someone make a decision Sales is serving Sales is listening Sales is asking the right questions Sales is changing... Not because the techniques are changing But because we are changing...🤍

Sunday Reset
Weekend is coming to an end and its time to think and reflect on what we've done or we haven't done this past week and set ourselves for the next week! Achievements from this past week: - Got into a closing offer - Closed a low ticket deal - Hopped on 12 MOCK CALLS - Showed up to all coaching calls and took notes - Hopped on 1-1 with Matt and Maddie - Advanced on my setting course (still gotta finish it oops 😅) - Hopped on 2 interview calls - Helped a friend of mine get into a setting role - #1 on leaderboard on premium community (I'm hella competitive and wanted to beat Ada for the longest time and finally was able to do so lol) Achievements I'm looking forward for this upcoming week: - Close 3 high ticket offers (minimum, aiming for 5) - Hop on 13 mock calls at least (gotta beat my previous week's record) - COMPLETELY FINISH SETTING COURSE - Dive into closing course and more in depth on inner circle material - Hop on coaching calls with Matt, Maddie and Dylan 1-1 - Show up, participate and be active in the community - Be active in the coaching calls - Listen to 2 podcasts - read at least 5 pages/day of a book - Consistency at the gym - Meal prep and eat healthy Here are some of my goals and accomplishments for this upcoming week.
