Your Story Is Still Being Written ⭐
You know what I love about sales? Every single day is a fresh chapter. Maybe last week wasn't your best. Maybe that deal you were counting on fell through. Maybe you're still waiting for that big "YES." But here's the thing - the greatest success stories aren't about people who never failed. They're about people who REFUSED to let failure be the end of their story.' Think about it: - Every "no" is teaching you resilience - Every awkward pitch is making you stronger - Every objection is sharpening your skills You're not just making calls or sending emails. You're building something bigger. You're writing your OWN SUCCESS STORY! One conversation at a time :) And the best part? You get to decide what the next chapter looks like. This week, I want you to remember: You're exactly where you need to be in your journey. Keep pushing, keep learning, keep growing. So, what changes are you making this week to write your chapter? 💫

Love this! Self reflection can really help out here! I have recently picked up journaling and I am loving documenting my days and self reflecting on where I should be improving! Anyone who hasn’t tried journaling … I highly recommend it ✍️ ✍️
Sacrifices
Last week was crazy! Just wanted to share a lil W here with the family! I was able to collect over $10k cash collected across both offers I'm in and make just a bit above 2.4k in commissions! Coming into this, I was only a setter at a cold calling ecom offer who was making at most $2k/month. It was a horrible offer, but it thought me valuable skills. It was hard...extremely hard, but hard is good. When you learn how to do the hard things consistently day in and day out, everything else becomes easier. It's not really about the money you make, but truly about the person you become, before you make that money. It's about having discipline and consistency. Once I became the person who woke up every day before 6:00 AM Worked 11-12 hour days Put in weekends of work Put in mocks and practice Sought feedback Making that amount of money just became the result of the person I have become. Discipline is one of the hardest things to have. It is so much easier to turn on the TV, watch some Netflix, go hangout with friends, party, etc. And while those are extremely important for your mental health, I choose to use my time intentionally. Have some time set aside to wind down, but also put in the work that most aren't willing to. I intentionally sacrifice my weekends and my Netflix time for time that I use to grow and develop my skills. Everything in life is a choice. Success requires sacrifice, My question to you is: What are you willing to sacrifice? Either sacrifice temporary pleasures for your dreams or your dreams will become the sacrifice... Much Love, Linkai 🤍

Amazing Linkai! Congrats on a huge week 💪🏻 I think the concept of delaying gratification is also so key here ... willing to sacrifice now to achieve your dreams in the future! Well done again and keep it up 🔥
Mondays aren't JUST for money...
Today is the first Monday of November.. do you know what that means?? Making sure you set your goals for the month of November. Most people have No Shave November, murph November, or really any challenge that puts them in the mindset for the new year.. We have 57 days left of the year, so why not start now. For me personally my goal for November is to have a dialed in month where I clean up my sales processes further and to keep sharpening my sales sword with developing out my learning and skills. My goals are not just sales related is to do cold plunges everyday as well to mentally make me stronger and workout for every day of November. Sales is not only a professional development but also personal.. keep moving the needle forward everyday.. you got this 💪 I also want to throw a few shoutouts to students who are crushing it in Inner Circle!! - Mariana just got placed on a killer offer a month and a half into sales and she is CRUSHING it - Linkai is closing deals left and right and improved his sales ability in just a month of developing his skills out. - Jose Antonio is also crushing deals and moving the needle forward so much with his skills - Joe just landed a solid offer 💪 Keep crushing it guys, I am so proud of you 🤍 Happy Hunting 🤍

Congrats to all students, you are all inspirational! For November I will be focusing on internal mastery and focusing on my next steps in the sales space. Some habits I will be focusing on include: - Waking up at 7am - Reading - Journaling - Running + mobility/core workouts - Improving my sales skillset + network Goodluck everyone, wishing you the best!
 Choose your “It’s Hard”
I'm aware that subject line is a *little* suggestive... but hear me out. A lot go you have the goals of making $10k per month in sales.. which is awesome!! With looking to hit $10k a month its not just learning a course, going to a group call, or practice a few mocks.. its more than that.. You are trading your SKILL for $$$ not time for money, like almost all 9-5 jobs. So with wanting to learn sales and thinking you can JUST apply to a job and make $10k.. youd be wrong.. and I WISH it was that easy, but what I can promise you is once you have the skill of sales, you WILL have it for life, and constantly know how to print money for yourself (not actual printing of money lol, VERY ILLEGAL, dont reccomend haha) Since I want to keep it real with you guys, here’s what I would do, If I were to start over and make $10k/mo again. For starters, sales is all about skill development, SPECIFICALLY High ticket sales… if you have D2D experience, insurance sales, car sales experience, some skills transfer over, BUT selling remote and ESPECIALLY a expensive product his a COMPLETELY different skill development, and I like to say a life skill development as well. Now thats out of the way.. 1. Learn the skill of remote high ticket sales (no this doesn’t mean JUST course materials, you need to learn and skill and you do that through practice and feedback from people who HAVE done it themselves) Note: would you take financial advice from someone who’s making less than you.. NO so same goes with sales development. 2. Practice PRACTICE practice - get confident with your understanding of sales - the frameworks, and what you need to ask and when.. once you understand the basics You are going to suck…. And thats okay.. you need to suck in order to grow, and you cant put strong expectations on yourself that you are going to be a master sales rep in three months 3. Throw yourself in the fire (not literally please) - When I first started I practiced ALL the mocks in the world but do you know what helped me GROW the most??? Getting a Job…. 4. Keep learning growing - be a sponge, dont get cocky 5. Make your goals in chunks - $2k/mo, $5k/mo , $10k/mo

Loved this @Madison DeCoste ! Time to trade in time to learn the skills that will help achieve our dream life. Also I believe it is important to focus on the journey and not just chasing the money… reminds me of a quote: “Chase the vision, not the money; the money will end up following you” -
