Welcome to the Family!!
Hello everyone! My name is Jon, please don't call me coach, it makes me feel weird... I AM S2 Weight Management, a culmination of 30 years of working in the fitness, performance, and nutrition industry with clients ranging from. soccer moms to professional athletes. Over the years I have focused my attention more and more on high performers that haven't 'found' fitness yet. The corporate exec that has been building an empire AND a belly, the attorney that always wanted to run a marathon, but didn't know how to start or what the training would look like. The mom of 3 who gave all of her time to the PTA and her kid's activities, but now wants to feel like herself again. These people all inspire me, and I hope to inspire them too, and guide them to their ultimate goal, whatever it may be! I have 5 Tiers available for you to choose from: - Tier 1 - Free option: basic strength training and nutritional info, no direct contact via text, Zoom, or FaceTime - Tier 2 - $99 option: Includes Exercise Programming specific to your goals, and 1 text message conversation per day. - Tier 3 - $149 option: includes Nutrition Program, specific to the client based on a questionnaire that you will fill out, and 1 text message conversation per day - Tier 4 - $249 option: includes both Exercise Programming and Nutrition, unlimited text messages, and 2 Zoom or Facetime calls per week. - Tier 5 - $299 option: includes all of tier 4 + sleep, nutritional supplementation, and hydration... Notes for the day/ week
- Prepare for the day: have your food ready for the day... Maybe put that together the night before. - Keep your Protein constant throughout the day, Fats early (first 6-8 hours) and Carbs later (last 4-6 hours, if needed) - Hydrate regularly, all of the body's basic functions require water, so don't skimp on it!! - DO NOT EAT LIKE AN ASSHOLE... - That is all, have a great day

Motivation vs Discipline
Motivation can and usually does get things started, but in the long run, it wains... Leading us to look for more, this is when discipline takes over. Discipline is when you do something because it's what's the next thing to do, not because you necessarily want to do it. And this is what generates success in the long term. While I will throw motivational quotes in here as well as on my social media, there will be many more stories of discipline shared along the way. I look forward to sharing these with everyone here and sincerely hope that with enough time some of you will share your own stories as well.
