Ladies lean into your emotions they are your superpowers

Here is an honest share of what happened in my life today- after filming for a few hrs my mood got in a frenzy and all these outside forces were seeming to be the problem - after talking with Eric and asking for spacebi sat in reflection and found the deepest truth that I never would want to admit that was driving a wedge between me and everyone from my crankiness -

It was a deep rooted insecurity of being behind camera and teaching and noticing how I tear myself down from not being perfect-

Part of our growth is looking at areas of disease and dysfunction right?

So I looked at it and came home and shared with Eric how above all things that interrupted my work flow the root was my feelings of unworthiness.

Now this is why I share our emotions our the superpower because Eric responded with a huge smile and said I am so happy to hear you say that and asked me to come over to him . He put on the most beautiful love song I never heard before and held me and danced with me. Our three boys all were quiet just standing and watching us hold each other and slow dance.

Those painful moments that we try to run from our such beautiful moments for alchemy for transformation. Ladies listen to your emotions, feel them and share them . They are a gift to receive to be able to feel other people's hearts ❤️🔥🙏
