Do you feel worthy?
I hear a mom telling her daughter who was shuffling around fearfully that "she had the ability to take up space and to exist. You have a right to be here" after the little girl heard this she smiled and confidently walked into the room.
This has rung in my mind for a couple of days another client of mine shared she would make herself small and not even share her birthday with anyone because she didn't want to be seen or inconvenience anyone.
What if you believed that you were meant to be here. That you deserve to be heard , to take up space ?
Your presence in this world, your thoughts, your being is a gift! Allow yourself to speak , act and live from this place ❤️
