Depression
I had been doing so ewhat better with motivation and feeling down. I had a great vacation where I realized I can do the hard things. I also realized I am missing being cared for at times and getting attention. From a surgery 3 yrs. ago and the loss of my husband shortly after my appetite is decreased. All of this has brought backanorexic thoughts and feelings of failing for never hitting my goalyes. I will be seeing a doctor soon about a possible EGD.

Still dreamin'
Idk why I still dream about my ex. He's engaged to be married on Thanksgiving. It just still hurts. I tell people I'm done thinking about it but I can't find that closure everybody talks about.

Major Depression
I’m struggling with major changes in my life and my mental health. I’m also struggling with being recently divorced from my best friend who I thought I would be with for the rest of our lives but that didn’t happen.

Affirmations
Here are a couple of affirmations that may help with depression. Affirmations can help to create a positive mindset. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. "I am not my depression; I am a person worthy of love and care." Reminds you that depression is just one part of your experience, not your entire identity "It's okay to ask for help, and I deserve support in my journey." Encourages you to seek and accept help, reinforcing that you don't have to face this alone
