I had a mental health breakdown tonight and upset my mum very much and I was crying and swearing at her. I have had a sit down conversation with her about it and apologised and she said that I could put a lock on my door if I wanted to. I love both my parents even though I don’t see eye to eye with them always.

Idk why I still dream about my ex. He's engaged to be married on Thanksgiving. It just still hurts. I tell people I'm done thinking about it but I can't find that closure everybody talks about.

I’m struggling with major changes in my life and my mental health. I’m also struggling with being recently divorced from my best friend who I thought I would be with for the rest of our lives but that didn’t happen.
