Surrender to the flow

Woof, finding that hard today. Flow made me think of a dream I had recently of being in a shallow river, and moving rocks out of the water (to allow the river to flow more easily I suppose?) Every time I turned around, there were more rocks. At the end of today’s mediation, I pictured myself at that river just letting the water move….rocks were there but the water did what it was going to do.
