Day 16
After a night with almost no sleep I was having difficulties to relax.
I had nice time during the session but I wasn't super tuned in to that yogi is saying.
What your way of dealing with those hard sessions that even focusing on the breath doesn't last more then a few seconds maybe minutes at best...?
