Glute gladiator programs
Red’s glute gladiator programs have got me right! I’m leaner and stronger than ever (but still have more to go). The quad definition and glute gains 💪🏽 are everything. Excited to keep building and strengthening. I’m on program 3 and loving the results

NEW BENCH PR!!🏋️‍♂️
Hey everyone, I'm following Red's Bench Monster Course and tried a new one-rep max yesterday. Since I started following Bench Monster 4 weeks ago, I've noticed a drastic increase in the weight I'm able to control, and my chest feels and looks a lot bigger than it used to. That's why I was able to successfully bench 200 lbs/90 kgs for one rep! What's your one-rep max?

I never thought I would see these results...
Hey everyone, I’m Ethan. I’ve struggled to put on muscle for most of my life. But recently, I made the decision to dial in my diet and training, determined to finally see consistent results. And guess what? It worked. I’m up 10 pounds! (I didn't take any before pics :/ ) Here are the three biggest lessons I’ve learned over the last six months of consistent training: 1. It’s So Much Easier Said Than Done We all talk about hitting the gym and smashing our goals, but how often do we actually follow through? I spent months just talking about it. But once I made the commitment, everything changed. It became so much easier to stay consistent. 2. Hold Yourself Accountable No one else is going to do this for you. The progress you make is directly tied to the effort you put in. Being part of a community and surrounding yourself with like-minded people can make a huge difference—not just in your physical gains, but in staying mentally strong too. 3. Develop a Routine This was the toughest part for me—finding a routine that fits my schedule and actually works. In the beginning, I was overwhelmed by all the different workout programs out there. But once I learned what my body specifically needed, everything clicked. Now, I’m following the Red 5 Viking Warrior program, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am way more confident in all areas of my life, and I'm going to keep getting better💪 Now to everyone in this community, I encourage you to share your wins—big or small. It’s not just about the progress you make; it’s about motivating others to keep pushing forward. Keep grinding you got this💯
